HOW WE’LL ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
My programmes got me to my pinnacle of body building and weight lifting champion and they’ll they’ll get you to where you want to be too but it’s going to take a little blood, sweat and tears, well maybe not the blood but I can’t rule out the tears and there’s definitely going to be a lot of sweat!
My method involves intense bursts of weights that will build muscles in the key areas while also improving your cardio capabilities.
If you also follow my dietary advice you will either lose or gain weight depending on your objective.
After each session you will see and feel your physical improvement and your body and mind confidence will grow.
TRAINING AT HOME
Some people lead busy lives or are fortunate enough to have their own gym at home, if this is where you prefer to work out no problem, I will bring all the equipment required to put you through your paces.
TRAINING AT THE GYM
If you have gym membership and prefer to perform your routines in this environment I have membership at many of the fitness centres in the areas so this is fine by me.
